Month -to-Month
We offer Month-to-Month leasing terms. No long term contracts!
24/7 Facility Access
When you rent one of our units, you will be given a code that will allow you in and out at all times day or night
Unit sizes and prices
All of our units are easily accessible for your convenience. Simply drive up to your unit and open the door. The property is completely enclosed and comes with 24 hour gate access, 24 hour recorded video security and is well lit day or night. All units are on a Month-to-Month rental basis.
5 x 10 Unit
- Perfect for storing the extra clutter around the house. Small couches and other small furniture will fit comfortably here.
8 x 10 Unit
- This space is perfect for cleaning out the guest bedroom, attic or getting all of the clutter from around the house.
10 x 10 Unit
- Converting that guest bedroom into a home office? Stop worrying about where to put things around the house!
10 x 15 Unit
- It’s time to clean out that garage! Get rid off the mess and store it here, start using your space how you want!
10 x 20 Unit
- It’s time to clean out that garage! Get rid off the mess and store it here, start using your space how you want!
10 x 30 Unit
- Let’s face it, we all have things we need out of our hair but aren’t ready to give them up. With this 10×30 you can save everything and still have room left over!

Storage Unit Refunds
All refunds are on a case by case basis. 1314 Mini storage is not liable to issue any type of refund but in special situations we may. All refunds are contingent on the situation and must be approved by management/ owner.
Cancellations/ Move-out
We do not have a cancellation time frame. If you are ready to move out you are welcome to at any time, we just ask that you clean out the unit and leave the door open for us. Pro-rated refunds will not be given for time unused.
